Return Policy
At California Dollhouse Company we strive to provide you with the best products at the best prices. Your complete satisfaction with us is our goal. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order from California Dollhouse Company, simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt.
* Exchange, replacement, store credit or refund.
* If an item is damaged upon receipt, please keep the merchandise in the packaging it came in and notify the appropriate carrier for further instructions.
* Artist Items, Paint, Glue, Books, Magazines, Tools or Special Orders, can not be returned.
* 15% restocking fee on returned Dollhouses and Kits.

Shipping Info:
The purchase of a dollhouse kit, dollhouse, other items such as power tools, room boxes, large or heavy items are considered to be a separate purchase even if ordered together with other items since these items are boxed seperatly and are subject to a separate shipping charge.
*Pre-assembled dollhouses and dollhouse kits shipping outside the U.S. will have the shipping surcharge adjusted to exact shipping costs.
Standard Shipping/Processing Charges for in the contiguous United States are as follows:
Standard shipping - No Dollhouses... $6.50
Dollhouse Kit...$17.00
Pre-Assembled Dollhouse...Exact cost of shipping.
Shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii are exact cost of shipping.
Canadian shipments are exact cost of shipping.
International shipments are exact cost of shipping.
Orders being shipped to any destination outside the 48 contiguous United States Including AK, HI, Am. Samoa, Guam, P.R., and the U.S.V.I. will be charged the exact cost of shipping. This charge is based on the size and number of packed boxes that make up each order and, therefore, is determined on a per order basis.
We will e-mail you a Shipping cost estimate for delivery of these orders for your approval. Note that it is impossible to obtain a 100% accurate estimate of shipping costs until such time as the order has been processed and packaged for delivery. Any Shipping/Processing cost "estimate" provided to a customer by California Dollhouse Company should be taken as an estimate, and not an exact quote. Final delivery charges may vary. If you choose to complete your order without obtaining a Shipping/Processing estimate, you do so with the understanding that your credit card will be charged the exact Shipping/Processing amount.
